Bergland is a beautiful detached house on a lush plot in Vaðlaheiði with a fantastic view towards Akureyri, Hlíðarfjall, and Súlur. The house is well located on the sunny side of Eyjafjörður, in a quiet neighborhood and with a hot tub on the patio. Furthermore, it's a short drive to Akureyri, only an 8-minute drive at legal speed. A school bus picks up elementary school children in the neighborhood and drives them to Hrafnagilsskóli. Snow removal is maintained throughout the winter. The house is on two floors: - Upper floor: Entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, patio with a hot tub, and balcony facing Akureyri (west-facing). - Lower floor: Two spacious bedrooms, hallway, bathroom, laundry room, garage, storage room, and outdoor storage.
