Hi! I am looking for a new roommate from the 1st of July. The apartment is 110sqm, very spacious. You will have a big bedroom with your own bathroom. Kitchen and dining/living room are shared. The building is located at 5min from the train station. The apartment is already furnished. The rent is CHF850/month and an additional cost for electricity once per year, which amounts approx. CHF50 per month (but it is paid annually). It is possible to rent a parking space as well. Das Gebäude liegt nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Wohnung ist bereits möbliert. Die Miete beträgt CHF 850 pro Monat, dazu kommen CHF 15 pro Monat für WIFI.
